Return and Refunds Policy 
As Mkhwenya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're 
not happy with your item, we're here to help. 
Returns: 
• Capture photos of faulty or incorrect items as proof to file for a return. 
• Once approved, you can return items within 7 days of delivery. 
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. 
• Please include the original packaging and any accessories. 
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or 
incorrect 
• We do not accommodate exchange requests once order has been placed and 
approved for production. 
Refunds: 
• Refunds are only eligible on defective items, should replacement not be 
available. 
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned 
item. 
• We'll refund the full amount paid, minus any shipping costs. 
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
